NERC Reliability Standards
April 19-22
Presented by Blue Water Energy Services

This four-day course will give students a complete and detailed review of the NERC Reliability Standards and act as a primer in preparation for taking the System Operator Certification Exam. During the Standards review the operators will be given examples and explanations of how the Standards relate to real-time operations. The course contains a brief overview of Transmission and Balancing Operations for students with very little experience. This class is intended for System Operators and any personnel who are preparing to obtain a NERC System Operator Certification Credential. This preparation will assist those individuals who are seeking their initial credential as well as those seeking re-certification. All material is based on the NERC Standards, and the course culminates with students taking a multiple choice exam reflective of the NERC Content Areas as defined in the NERC Content Outline.
